Matching Notes

PART CATEGORIES
Product photographs · No live stock or direct-order catalog.
Mechanical matching notes
Share the vehicle version, installed position and part or sidewall markings. Wheels, hubs, brakes, steering and suspension depend on the actual mounting and vehicle architecture. Keep a vehicle with abnormal braking or steering out of service until reviewed.
Drive and electrical matching notes
Provide the component label, connectors, installed position and vehicle configuration. Voltage, current, signals, functions and mounting can all matter. A matching plug or similar housing does not confirm fit. Do not cut wiring or bypass electrical protection.
Battery, charger and shipment review
Share accessible battery and charger labels, connector photos and the vehicle reference. Chemistry, voltage, protection, mounting and charging profile need review. Battery transport depends on the route, carrier and destination. Do not open a battery or continue using or charging one that is damaged, swollen, smoking or overheating.
Body, trim and finish matching notes
Include the model, side or position, mounting details, finish and any approved graphics reference. Interior and hardware should match the vehicle record. Painted or branded replacements depend on the actual project scope.
Dealer and fleet spare-parts planning
Identify individual vehicles and versions, then discuss quantities, intended use and a model-specific spare list. Parts may change with production revisions; stock levels and repeat supply need confirmation. Include both the fleet number and manufacturer reference where available.
Vehicle & part matching
Send the details that identify the part.
Appearance alone does not establish compatibility. Start with the manufacturer reference and the component information you can safely access.
Vehicle & order
Model, version, manufacturer reference and order or fleet information.
Part & position
Part name, label, installed location and connector where relevant.
Photos & quantity
Whole-part view, accessible markings, position on the vehicle and the quantity needed.
Reason & history
Wear, damage, failure or preventive spare; include relevant modifications or repairs.
Need help identifying what to prepare?
This optional guide suggests preparation steps; it does not find a SKU or confirm compatibility.
For a battery, controller or motor, compatibility review is required. If you only know the symptom and do not know the part, start with Technical Support.

From request to confirmed supply.
A request starts a review. It does not confirm stock, price, fitment or an order.

Common questions
Before you request a replacement.
Can I use a larger controller for more speed?
A performance change needs technical review and is not a normal replacement-part order.
Engineering ↗Are replacement parts covered by warranty?
Coverage depends on an approved claim and the applicable terms. Wear, damage, preventive or out-of-warranty requests may follow a paid parts route.
Warranty ↗How is availability confirmed?
Availability depends on the exact vehicle and component version. An updated compatible replacement may be reviewed when an original part is unavailable.
What if I do not know the part number?
Share the vehicle reference, a whole-part photo, visible label and installed position. Use “Other / not sure” in the form when needed.
Can a replacement battery be shipped to my country?
Battery shipment requires a separate review of the battery, transport route, carrier, documentation and destination. Do not assume standard parcel delivery applies.
